Return Policy

Our policy lasts 7 days. Returns are eligible for a refund in the original payment method only within 7 days of delivery date. If 7 days have gone by since date of delivery, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund. At this time we do not accept exchanges.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn and in the same condition that you received it. It must also have hang tags (if applicable) attached in original location.

Damaged items must be reported within 3 days of receiving your item. Please contact us at admin@shoptheivy.com.

If you would like to move forward and return all or part of your order, please email us at admin@shoptheivy.com to start the return process. You will be responsible for shipping the item back via a tracked mail carrier. We will not reimburse for the postage required to return.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Make sure your address is correct when purchasing. If it is returned to us due to wrong address, we will have to charge another shipping fee to resend.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your package is lost in transit please contact USPS to get more information.
